Nirva launches v1.5 of Post On Demand
1. Advanced background images management.
Background image management is possible individually for each document sent to print, fax, email or archive (main document, attachments, adress holder page) and then for each page of the document (first, follow up pages, odd and even ones, etc.). Moreover, the user profile can be set with background images preferences, specifically for the "tunnel" delivery mode. This powerful feature allows to rapidly create personalised marketing documents using Word and the POD virtual printer, to integrate "Terms and Conditions" on the back page, etc.
2. The delivery of electronic documents through a document "safe".
This major functionnality allows a client to automatically send via the virtual printer a (certified) email containing a link to the document, which is stored and secured. The user only needs to identify him/herself to view, print or download his/her document. An ideal functionnality for companies who wish to do electronic billing rapidly and cost efficiently.
3. Advanced cost center management
This feature allows the association of a user with a cost center which is not directly its head office or subsidiary. This perfectly reflects the complexity of large accounts and the constant changes of staff within the organisation.
Numerous minor functionalities and bug fixes are also included in version 1.5. For more information, please contact olivier.lebleu@nirva-systems.com.
Nirva exhibits at the Electronic Delivery & Finance show
Nirva will feature the new versions of its "hybrid mail" management solutions, "letter writing system" and "office document archiving" solutions. However, the document traceability solutions and the applicative platform will also be present.
Nirva launches its "hybrid mail" module
The hybrid mail component allows end users to send any document and its attachment (word processing, spreadsheet, DTP, PDF, invoices, etc.) via a virtual printer or upload to post, recorded mail, certified email, fax, express delivery, etc. to its central production facilities or that of a print outsourcer. This avoids the use of expensive local printers, the need to print the document, fill the enveloppe, stamp it, and moreover pay full rate for postage. The industrialisation of this process generates tremendous cost savings and productivity gains.
Additionally, this component allow the central archiving and PDF conversion of individual documents (emails, office documents, etc.).
The Nirva hybrid mail module provides all components and processes to industrialise this process (transport and conversion of the document, services and archiving portal, etc.).
Avantias, Experian and Sword new Nirva partners

DHL Global Mail chooses Nirva's traceability and reporting solutions
Nirva will be present at Documation in Paris on 7 & 8 March
The Nirva "Track & Trace" module is now available
Nirva's "Track & Trace" provides a fully customisable traceability engine, which traces any element in any process. The traced elements can be arranged hierarchically (commands, batches, documents, pages, etc.). The application can be adapted to any data model ; the ergonomic and the graphical design are totally customisable. Of course the application manages multi-client, multi-sites organisations and secure user accesses and currently manages multi-billion yearly production volumes.
Implementing a traceability portal for your organisation and users now becomes a matter of a few days, as opposed to months.
