Europ Assistance adopts Nirva

The Europ Assistance Group wanted to implement industrial means to commit to and respect its Service Level Agreements for inter application data exchanges between the Group headquarters, subsidiaries, clients and partners (airlines, auto manufacturers, etc.)

The different entities, for some completely independent from the Europ Assistance Group, possess heterogeneous information systems, have different exchange flows and frequencies, work in different time zones, and have an intense and strategic need for communication (close to 400 data flows are processed everyday).

Agilecom proposed the eWay solution, developed in collaboration with Nirva and powered by the Nirva Application Platform.

The eWay data exchange platform allows companies such as Europ Assistance to very rapidly implement a non intrusive and evolutive solution dedicated to data exchanges:

1. Industrialization of data exchanges.
  • Traceability of exchanges.
    Detection and warning on issues (uncomplete transfer, absence of transmission, etc.)
    Stop / restart of the data transfer(s)

2. Automation of the technical data processing processes.
