Business Development Manager, UK

You will be responsible for selling Nirva Systems’ software solutions into new and existing accounts. You will develop and execute sales plans for the UK key accounts market.

Your responsibilities will be:
• Selling software solutions, professional services, training and maintenance
• Refining sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
• Effectively qualifying needs of UK accounts
• Managing the entire buying cycle
• Presenting Nirva's value to the prospect at the appropriate executive level
• Achieving an annual target of at least £400K in the first year
• Representing Nirva at UK trade shows
• Supporting our preferred UK partners

You will be able to demonstrate:
• A track record of 3-5 years in solutions selling into UK blue chip companies
• Achievement of over £500K annual targets with enterprise solutions sales of over £80K
• At least 2 years experience in the print and/or electronic document space
• Tenacity, creativeness, self-disciplin

You will be:
• Highly motivated for a sales position
• Willing to work in a dynamic small business environment
• Capable of managing a growing UK business in the future
